
Liverpool coach John Achterberg and Newcastle head of efficiency Daniel Hodges have been fined and banned by the Football Association immediately after an incident in the Reds’ 2-1 win.
Achterberg has been fined £7,000, although Hodges has been fined £6,000.
Both equally have been banned from the touchline for one fixture and warned about their potential perform.
Achterberg, Liverpool’s goalkeeping coach, has acknowledged he utilized abusive and/or insulting gestures, whilst both of those men have admitted their conduct was incorrect.
