Southampton defender Kyle Walker-Peters has experienced racist abuse on line right after the club’s goalless attract with Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Offensive replies were being posted in the reviews of the 25-year-old’s week-previous Instagram post on Sunday.

A racist phrase directed at Walker-Peters adopted a remark about United substitute Alejandro Garnacho.

Winger Garnacho appeared to be in soreness right after a problem by Walker-Peters in the closing stages of the game.

The 18-year-old was introduced on to replace Jadon Sancho with 17 minutes remaining but was pressured off in personal injury time just after a deal with by the Saints complete-back.

He was found leaving the ground on crutches but United manager Erik 10 Hag explained Garnacho’s injuries was “not far too poor”.
