Leeds United say they have agreed terms with former Watford manager Javi Gracia to change Jesse Marsch as manager.

Marsch was sacked on 6 February but Leeds have confronted quite a few setbacks in their hunt for his substitution.

Spaniard Gracia, 52, took Watford to the FA Cup closing in 2019, in advance of managing Valencia and Qatari club Al Sadd.

Leeds are 19th in the Premier League and deal with base club Southampton on Saturday.

Much more to adhere to.

Evaluation – ‘Gracia understands what is required’

Spanish soccer qualified Guillem Balague

He is a manager that isn’t going to have just a person design, he adapts to the styles of gamers he has.

That is why he will get the job done very properly for Watford or Leeds. Due to the fact if they have to come to be additional defensive, he will be ready to modify that, if they need extra goals, he will also be equipped to do it in schooling. I have been to see him a few times in aged positions and he develops a quite shut romantic relationship with gamers, he was a player himself at the top level.

And he is aware of what is expected. He is tranquil when he has to be, raises his voice when he has to. He convinces players by operating with them, not imposing his temperament. He is a fantastic reader of games.
