FIFA 23 wonderkids: Top 30 youngsters on the game

Barcelona starlet Pedri is the best youngster in FIFA 23, with the Spaniard rated 85 in the latest version of EA Sports’ popular video game.

Pedri, who signed for Barcelona from Las Palmas in 2021, is the highest rated player aged 21 or under in FIFA 23, one rating higher than Bundesliga stars Jude Bellingham and Alphonso Davies.

Bellingham and Davies are both rated 84 in FIFA 23, with the former receiving an overall rating boost of five after his 79 rated card in FIFA 22, while Davies has seen his rating increase by two. On the other hand, Pedri has been given a plus four rating from his 81 rated FIFA 22 card.

Bayer Leverkusen star Florian Wirtz is fourth on the list, tied with Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka. The pair are both rated 82. Saka has received a plus two upgrade, while Wirtz has received a plus four upgrade.

Jamal Musiala and Josko Gvardiol have both moved from a 75 rated card in FIFA 22 to an 81 rated card in FIFA 23 after impressive 2021/22 campaigns. Real Madrid’s Rodrygo, Paris Saint-Germain’s Nuno Mendes, Ajax’s Jurrien Timber, Arsenal’s William Saliba and Bayer Leverkusen’s Jeremie Frimpong are all rated 80 in FIFA 23. Of those five players, Frimpong has received the biggest upgrade, jumping up seven ratings from FIFA 22.

Barcelona youngsters Gavi and Ansu Fati are both rated 79, along with Yeremy Pino, Eduardo Camavinga, Goncalo Inacio, Ryan Gravenberch, Orkun Kokcu, Wesley Fofana, and Dominik Szoboszlai.

77 rated Kouadio Kone and Noni Madueke complete the top 30 rated players aged 21 or under in FIFA 23.
