Arsenal planning late attack on Yuri Tillmans

Arsenal ready to make late raid to sign Leicester City midfielder Yuri TillmansAccording to HLN.

The North London giants have long been fans of the Belgium international and tried to sign him during his Anderlecht days.

They are still interested in him and, according to HLN, the club could make a late bid before next week’s transfer deadline.

Leicester valued Tielemans at £30m earlier this summer, but are expected to lower the fee to £20m as the window closes.

Tielemans has already entered the final year of his contract with the Foxes, and has no intention of striking a new deal with the club.

Arsenal continue to stay in top spot to sign him, and the transfer could be completed before the window closes.

Tielemans is seen as a potential rival to Granite Shakaalthough he may start on the bench, given the excellent level of the Swiss this term.
